About Us
The
Saint-Jon Company is a
family owned and operated painting
contractor headquartered in Bedford. It was established in 1977 by
Chuck St. John on the
near east side of Cleveland. With its original shop located at East
106th and
Buckeye, its initial focus was on exterior repaints of the houses in
the neighborhood, with occasional
renovation jobs in the local schools and churches. It gradually
expanded its
expertise in all areas of the painting trade and soon found its
services in demand throughout the Greater Cleveland area.
In 1995 Chuck St.
John's two sons Chris and Tom
("Chuck") took over the business. In 1997, in order to better house its
inventory of equipment and more effectively serve its expanding
geographical range, the company moved to a larger
facility in Bedford.
Today the artisans
at the Saint-Jon
Company can be found working in exterior and interior settings ranging
from Shaker Heights mansions to new developments in Twinsburg, from
a rural century home in Hiram to corporate offices in Solon.
We are proud to say most of our work comes from referrals
from satisfied customers, as well as call backs from those customers.
In
fact, many of our customers have used us as their exclusive painter for
over twenty years.
The standards that
the company embraced in 1977--professionalism,
craftsmanship, efficiency, and value-- have guided it through uncertain
economc times and remain solidly in
place.
